Installing FrontPage 2003 pop-up when launching an application.

I installed a piece of S/W some time ago and whenever I launch it I get a
pop-up box saying installing FrontPage 2003. I press the cancel key a few
times on the pop-up and the S/W launches finally launches.

I recently installed another piece of S/W and again when I launch this I get
the same pop-up, again repeated cancels on the pop-up and the S/W launches.

Can someone please tell me why I get the pop-up in the first place, and also
how to disable the pop-up.

All help would be appreciated.

Tried out your recommendation last night and in a nutshell no progress.

Detailed below are the steps I undertook to try and resolve the problem :-

1. Installed Windows Installer Cleanup utility;

2. Uninstalled the S/W (Add/Remove Programs) that I was getting the loading
Front Office 2003 pop up with.

3. Ran Windows Installer Cleanup utility;

4. Reinstalled the S/W that I uninstalled in step 2 above;

5. Load the new S/W and I get the same pop up.

I am only experiencing the problem when I launch Spyware Blaster and Drive
Magic from my desktop, and having gone through the above the same still
happens.

Any suggestions how to get rid of the annoying pop-up would be most
appreciated.
