Installing FP2003

How do I need to install FP2003 in order to continue to be able to use
themes from FP2002?

minor correction: Themes have never used hover buttons for their buttons.
They have always used the technique of overlaying text on gifs. And the new
themes in 2003 do not use Interactive buttons: they use exactly the same
techinque as always.

cascading style sheets where you can specify the layout, style of your pages
including fonts, positioning and so on rather than tags like <font face="arial">
you specify your font in the CSS and it applies to the whole page, or across you
whole site - a much easier way tomake your site look uniform across the whole
site.
