Installing and Assembly and making it show up in the Add Reference Dialog

Has anyone created an assembly and installed it in such a way that it shows
up in the 'Add Reference' dialog.

We've created many assemblies that provide access to core application
functionality that we'd like to expose to our clients.

Try hitting "Browse."
