Installing an Access database from one computer to another

Hello everyone,

I constructed an database using Access 2003 on my computer. Now, I have to
install this database into my computer at work. And I don't know how to do
it. By default, Access 2003 saved my database in an Access 2000 file format.
I have Access 2000 at my job, so I assumed that I wouldn't have a problem
installing the data.

Help, what do I do?

Copy the YOURFILENAME.MDB file from one computer to the other?
