I've been reading some of the posts and am thinking I'm in for a long haul.
In the near furure I'm going to have to reformat my hard drive and reinstall
XP Home form the OEM disk.
I ordered SP2 disk from MS, but after looking through the catalog, it looks
like even after installing SP2 again, I'm going to have over 100 more updates.

Any one have any idea of a quicker way to do the updates. I mean has
anyone heard of a CD other then SP2 that has updates lets say through the
beginning of this year?
After looking through the catalog it seems it would be just as fast after
installing SP2, to just let Windows updater do it's thing.......Even with my
cable this is going to take some time....
Downloading all the updates from the catalog, burning them to a CD, then
installing them one by one......
Wow! It's really going to be quicker doing the auto update isn't it?
