Installing Add-ins for Outlook

How do I install an add-n for Outlook. I want the export function which I am
told needs L4561412.cab. But this doesn't appear to exist. This is in
Office Pro 2003. So where do I find it, or how else do I install the export
file?

I too am having a problem adding add-ins. I am adding to this message as
when I try to start a new question, this site will not let me do that.
Anyway, when I open Outlook 2003 I get the following message;
The file add-in "MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF" is missing or is not valid.
This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.
I try that and it goes through these steps to correct it, but I still get
the same thing everytime I try to use Outlook and I am not getting my
messages.
Any thoughts??????

Hi Dick,

Did you get an answer to your issue with exporting to MSN and location of
the file? We are trying to export and getting the same error. Your advice
would be helpful.
