Installing a second enterprise CA

Are there any objections to install a second enterprice CA in a domain?

The plan is to migrate softly to this new CA, without the restraint to
enroll new certificates to all the users immediately.
Are there any stumbling blocks ahead?

No, this should work fine; it is a common deployment scenario
