Installing 4cd service pack

When installing Front Page 2000 on Windows 2000
Professional OS there is a message that the installation
can not continue until I have run a 4cd service pack.
What is this?
 
Try using the windows update feature to apply all the operating system and
office system patches. Then see if it complains.
