Installer: custom Action : Condition

I need to start a custom action only if a condition is true...

in vs.net i have "condition"... but i don't know how to use it ??

myCondition = true ?
only
myCondition ?

and how i initiate this "myCondition"
 
more informations :
i have a customActionData in my first custom action : (radio button)
/typeInstallation=[TYPEINSTALLATION]

IN MY SECOND customActionData : i want it only if [TYPEINSTALLATION] =
1

How i can do this ?
