installed browser helper/add-on lop.com?

Help! The anti spyware Beta alerted me to the presence of
several problematic presences that my son had installed
after visiting a gambling site, but instead of fixing the
problem somehow it has allowed a new toolbar to be
installed, along with a second search bar along the
bottom. The tool bar at the top of explorer lists several
tabs: credit, mortgages, online, Help, mortgage, business,
problems and search. These take you to
http://66.220.17.154/search/search.cgi?
s=mortgage&src=toolbar3 or similar. I can't find out how
to delete this properly and the anti spyware is no longer
detecting it. I thought it might be lop.com, but can't
find the registrey keys mentioned in the previous post.

Hi Al,
First, take a walk thru Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Kick what
looks loopy to the curb.

Then, Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;
If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recognize.
