The client is installed on the Terminal Server in the directory
<windir>\system32\clients\tsclient. You can share that directoty on your
network so that you can use/install the TS Client on your workstations.

on your network so that you can use/install the TS Client on
your workstations.

But that will give you a very old version of the client, without any
of the latest features.
Download the latest 5.2.3790 rdp client (compatible with all versions
of Terminal Server) from (URL will wrap):
