Hi Rob,

Thank you for the posting. As you indicated you want to install some
Office program on a 250 Windows NT computer network automatically.

To do so, you can deploy Office using Systems Management Server (SMS)

For more information about using Systems Management Server to deploy
Office, please refer to the following article in the <Microsoft Office 2000
Resource Kit>:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/two/30t4.htm

If you are using Windows 2000, you can use msi package and then publish the
msi package using Windows 2000 Group Policy.

For more information and suggestion on deplying Office over a network,
please refer to this knowledge base article.

284273 OFF2000: How to Deploy Office over a Network
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=284273

For complete information about deploying Office in a network environment,
please review the documentation in the <Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit>
(ORK). Browse to the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork

Hope the above information and suggestion helps and answers your question.
If anything is unclear, please let me know.

Meanwhile, I noticed you posted the same problem in Newsgroups:
microsoft.public.office.setup, Subject: office installation You can also
refer to that thread at the same time.
