Installation problems

I have installed my Front Page 2002 program several times. Each time, when I open the program, the installation window pops up. When I cancel the installation window, Front Page shuts down as well. This is the first time this has occurred after formatting my hard drive and reinstalling my programs. Any suggestions??
 
1) Uninstall FP from Control Pane Add remove Programs
2) Turn off all background programs (especially virus protection) and Reinstall FP in Custom mode using run all from disc
