Installation problem with Office 97

I have just re-installed Office 97 on a laptop running W
98. Although the installation was apparently completed
successfully, after re-booting I get the message "Unable
to load Office International DLL". I can run Access but I
keep getting fatal error messages and have to shut it
down. Excel and Word will not start and give an error
message about insufficient memeory.

Any ideas?
 
Just curious, how much memory do you have on the laptop? And if it were me
I would reload but only after confirming the memory issue.
