"installation in progress" message

I've been receiving a strange error message, recently, when I left-click on
my NetZero Icon, but I can still use the NetZero mini-icon (taskbar toolbar?)
and in the Start Menu.

It reads "INSTALLATION IN PROGRESS - Please wait while we finish installing
your new software. Click OK to close this window."

I don't think I have any installations in progress (we've restarted our
computer several times, this past week)...And it started "out of the blue"
while we weren't on-line...

I also assumed, at first, it is related to the Kodak Photo Share disc I just
installed, for the first time (developed photos and even uninstalled THAT and
re-installed it with the "custom" installation so as NOT to allow any
"automatic updating" of that program).

Any ideas what this message is for? And/or how do I figure it out for my
computer?

Thanks! - Sheryl

P.S. I took a screen-shot of it, in case you want to see it, but it's as
simple as it sounds, above.

You could uninstall netzero, then reinstall it.And/or go to run, type:Msconfig
In start up,uncheck the installation source for netzero, this can be located
by
R.clicking the task bar,task mgr,running applications.
