ok it downloads good and all but then when it trying to
install the program it wont it says.... The Windows
Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur
if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if Windows
Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your
support personal for assistance. ok well i am

Go to Microsoft.com and search for an updated Windows
Installer. Download the file and run it. Try installing
again once the installer has been updated. There have
been a few cases where the installer can become corrupt.

If you go to a command prompt and do

net start "windows installer"

and hit enter

does that help? Do you get an error message?

Downloading and reinstalling the Windows installer is an option, but lets
try the simple stuff first.
