Is it possible to install Windows XP on a PC already running Windows Vista?

Maybe. It depends on whether you want to 1) dual-boot; 2) replace Vista with
XP; 3) run XP in a virtual machine.

Provide more details, including information about your computer specs and

If it's a new machine, probably not. The hardware folks and Microsoft
are in cahoots to make sure you use Vista, whether you like it or not.
So, the hardware you have probably doesn't have XP drivers. Ain't
monopolies grand?

Now what *will* work with your hardware is Ubuntu, a free Open Source
operating system. Check it out at http://www.ubuntu.com/

They should make a new monopoly game with a theme about Microsoft.

Instead of getting a "go to jail" card, you can get a "format and install
