Install Window 2000 System management Tool on XP

How do I install the W2K System management Tool so that I
could maintain all domain account on my XP computer. I
have installed the I386\Adminpak.msi but it doesn't work.
 
Hi,

You need to run the Windows Server 2003 adminpak on the XP box. See:
