Install stops at 99%

When I try to load any program it freezes at 99%, Any
ideas??

Try to run the installation in verbose log mode. This should help you find
the problem.

windows setup freezes at 99%

I scrbubed my drive after getting an NTDLR is misisng error message and now that I am putting windows XP Home back on, setup freezes when the format reaches 99% When I quit, it states al over again, and freezes again.

I can't run anything, because Windows is not on there yet.
