Install Server 2003 in a different directory?

I want to install the first copy of Windows in a different directory other
than the default \Windows. I don't see during installation where to choose
this. Is it possible to change it? If so, how?

In order to be given the option you'll need to have an empty \windows
directory in place before you start your install.
 
You can specify this by placing a winnt.sif file on a floppy which you place
in the A drive at the start of setup.

See deploy.cab on your CD for the options.
