install problems

durring the install I get a request to insert the RPS disk.
Has anyone encountered this and how do I get passed this
issue, otherwise I can't run the program.

The issues like this that I've seen posted here have been installer
issues--do you recognize what RPS is--is this a software product you know
about?

If so, reinstalling it, or installing it if it has been removed--may cure
this issue.
