Install Problem

Hi Group.
I have just re-installed VB.NET a second time to try to overcome the error
message that I am getting when building a solution:

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.

Unable to start degugging [my project]

The debugger is not properly installed. Run setup to install or repair the
debugger."

This problem is causing a lot of lost time. Can anyone tell me what causes
the problem and if there is a way to repair the debugger w/o going through
the hour-long repair process.
