Install on Drive "E" . I believe Drive "C" is full

It apparently is automatically assumed that Drive "C" is the only hard drive
for data to be installed on. I have a problem with that as my Drive "C" is
full and I have installed a secnd drive - Drive "E". So I would like to see
an option established to afford one a choice as to where to place program
changes, etc.

Incorrect. In every case I have come across you have the option to
install/save data on a drive for your choice. Give us some more details as
to what you are trying to do?
