Install Nightmare-FP03 Failed to Initialize

My laptop started having severe problems. I re-installed Windows XP and
afterward, FP2003 would not run. PRIOR to my re-installation of Win XP it
FP2003 ran just fine. Now it keep giving me an error message "Application
Failed to Initialize Properly" (and then some numbers) and then followed by
the genius option Click OK. (I have a choice?)

I tried re-installing again and again. Same deal. Then I installed FP2000.
It worked...so then I tried upgrading to FP2003 and STILL the same message
back again. What is the deal with this?? I can't even get to the activation
part. It just will not run.

I want to reformat the whole laptop and start over but Microsoft has made
that virtually impossible too!

How is it virtual impossible to reformat your laptop?

You need to have your system restore disk from your computer vendor.
