Install network printers for all users of PC

Is there a method (other than registry hacking) that allows me to install
network printers for all users of XP Pro PC's in SBS 2000/2003 domains so
that each user does not have to manually add his own printers (which are the
same for the entire domain) the first time he logs onto each PC.
 
Thank you. This should spare me some time running around the office when we
get a new printer...
