I have Internet Information Services Manager, did not install it, it is just
there as part of my Vista Home Premium.
Allowed me to set up a web site on my Vista computer that can be seen from
the web.
Check under Control Panel > Programs and Features > under 'Task' click the
'Turn Windows Features on or off' link from the list available then from
list of options > check off 'Internet Information Services' click OK.
