Install hangs right before final reboot. Help.

All goes smooth until I try to reboot for the final time, the system just
sits there.
The screen saying that the system is now rebooting is still displayed, and
the
computer responds to a control+alt+delete. I meet all the system reqs.
And please, please, don't give me that "You might have bad memory chips."
I've used at least three difrent batches of RAM cards, no dice.
I have the latest BIOS updates, and all of my BIOS settings are sound.

Please advise.

Well, you meet all the system requirements. You don't have bad RAM. Your
bios settings are sound. Since the problem "must" be one of those three,
there's nothing I can tell you. You have it all covered.

Now, if you were a bit more open to suggestions, and supplied copious
amounts of information about your system, the connected hardware, the
internal hardware etc., maybe someone could assist you!

Same prob. Same situation. Have you flashed bios? I
have not. As far as the hardware situation, when
installing, I have made sure that it is all xp
compatible. Lemme know if you get an answer.
