Install for CF 3.5 for the Phone

Hello,
I'm look for instructions/links on how to install the CF 3.5 onto a phone.
Some VS did all this for me. Nut I need to know how to do this to support
end-users.

Yes, that's the redistributable components. It installs on the PC that also
has ActiveSync and the framework will be deployed to the attached device the
next time it's connected to the PC.
