install error

i got this error when try to install program
(CD.Storage.Master.Professional.v5.01)

C: \WINDOWS\System 32\msxml4.dll
Unable to egister the DLL_OCX: LoadLibrary failed; code 1114.
A dynamic link library (DLL) inizialization routine failed.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.


any help???
 
This can happen when you try to install a program without having
Administrator privileges. It can also happen if you leave your virus scanner
on while installing software.
