Ok, couldn't find a more appropriate newsgroup. I
installed FP-2003 and it worked great. Then I installed
Office-2003 Pro, and now FP gives the following error:

The procedure entry point ?
UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@2QBGB could not be
located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll.

I tried repairing and a full install, disabled antivirus,
same problem. Using XP-Pro, new high end Dell.

Now what?

That looks like a BETA error
Did you install the FP2003 Beta or the RTM (retail version)

I think Stefan is correct.

Check the following files:

FPENCODE.DLL
FPSRVUTL.DLL
FPWEL.DLL
FPWEC.DLL

If any one of them does not have the same version number as Frontpg.exe then you should Uninstall FrontPage 2003, delete the mismatched DLL(s) and Reinstall FrontPage 2003
