FP 2003 Beta

Using Office XP with Word 2003 and FP 2003 Beta.
Getting the following error when trying to launch FP 2003
Beta.

FRONTPG.EXE - ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND

?UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@2QBGB could not be
located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll.

You needed to update all of Office and FrontPage to the Technical Refresh,
this error means you only updated Office but forgot to run the separate
FrontPage patch.

You can try deleting that file and every other DLL in the folder (do a
search for it and then open the containing folder - I believe it is web
server extensions\60\bin or something similar), then run Detect and Repair
from FrontPage.
