Install certificate through TD / FBA!

I want to componentize an app / driver, which needs an updated
certificate. So I do have the .cer file, but have no idea how to get
it installed in TD and/or through FBA. As I already mentioned, it is
important to work automatically without user interaction.

Actually, I try to do the same...

Look at this:

You can write your own application for that.....
There are some good infos about functions like
CertAddCertificateContextToStore....
