instalation of vista ultimate upgrade

after installing update of vista ultimate i keep getting a ntice to down load
drivers but same will not load when i try to do this
 
If it is Hardware /Drivers it is requesting you to install, go to the
Hardware Manufacturer's website and download them from there, not windows
updates
