Instal Backup on XP Home

Before I install SP2 I want to use the Backup feature in XP. I understand in
the XPHome version, you must install this manually from the disc, (as
oppiosed to XPPro that installs it for you) I put in my XP disc and clicked
"Install optional XP Components" but can't find it. How do I install the
"Backup" feature (Start; All Programs; Accessories; System Tools; Backup)
