Try looking "inside google" for a bookstore, eaven for used books
(Amazon comes too mind), the purple one should go for peanuts as there

Am i odd to have gotten more upset by the fact that
he chose to ask somebody to send it to him than
the fact that it would be illegal deed?
One can have different opinions on wrongness level
of copying stuff (not saying i support it nor claiming
the opposite) but being lazy enough to not even
google for "warez pdf inside c#" is a top one
requiring a standing ovation. You got to give him
that.
It's sort of like taking a dump on somebodys porch,
then ringing the bell and asking for paper.
