Insertted JPG. as comment. where is the source of picture

Howdy! I have inserted a picture as a comment to treat picture as
data. It seems to be working but where is actual copy of the picture
(assumeing I erased the original pics from hard drive). Thanks fo
yall's input
 
It's stored in the workbook file. You'll see the size of the workbook file
increase as you put pictures in it.
 
It has been assimiliated. Resistance is futile.

Try it against a test workbook.

Save a nice empty workbook. Notice the size.
add a picture to a comment (a nice big picture).
(Notice the size of that picture when you do it).

Save this new file.
Look at the size differences.
