Inserting rows

I have a spreadsheet that is approx. 200 rows long and I need to insert a new
row after each existing row. Please help!

Thanks for your time!
 
- add a column
- in the new column, for your existing data, insert ascending odd numbers
1 - 399 (1, 3 then use Fill Series)
- in the next 200 empty rows, insert ascending even numbers 2 - 400
- Sort on the column
- Delete the column

Thank you for replying...I downloaded ASAP Utilities and it did exactly what
I wanted it to do in just a couple of mouse clicks!
