inserting rows with same data

Hello,

I need to take the unique values from a column, and duplicate them int
another column but in multiples of 5 i.e. Each unique entry should b
repeated 5 times, regardless of the duplicates in the first column.

Example:

Pie
Pie
Pie
Pie
Pie
Pie
Pie
Cake
Cake
Cake
Cake
Muffin
Muffin
Muffin
Muffin
Muffin
Tart
Tart
Tart



Should Be:

Tart
Tart
Tart
Tart
Tart
Muffin

Manually? Quick and dirty. And untested.

Use Data - Advanced filter to make a list of unique values, using Copy to.
Copy this list, paste it under itself 4 more times, then sort.
