Inserting Row(s) After Finding A Match

I would like to insert rows of data based on a particular match. The matching strings would be stored in a range along with the rows to be inserted. A row space would separate the match types and there values.





SOP

NA



Where if the string is found, inset the 2 rows which follow.

Anyone have an soultion?
