Insert Cell with IF Formula

Hello there! I need help with Excel. I have two columns (Column A & B) of data and if they do not equal/match I need a new cell inserted into Column A.

I am currently using the IF formula in Column C to find where there is a match and manually inserting a cell but this is getting a bit tedious since I have over 2000 rows.

Any help would be grealy appreciated!
