Inserting Publisher Doc. into Word Doc.

I have been unsuccessful in trying to insert a Publisher
Document into a Word Document. It will only display it
in code. I appreciate any assistance.

You can't insert a Publisher publication into Word. If the publication is
just text, you can copy/paste it. If it includes graphics, you can copy a
page (or a selection on a page) in Publisher and use Paste Special to insert
it; you'll have to experiment with the various Paste Special formats to find
the one that works best for you (none is perfect).
