Inserting pictures into labels

How do I insert a picture in a label without shifting the text? The picture
will only print out when the selected wrapping is "in line with text" - but
then my text shifts down. I can't get the text place correctly next to the
picture without changing the wrapping but then the picture won't print.
Please help!
