Inserting photo problem - image bigger than slide

Having difficulty as same photo inserted into Powerpoint on different
pcs appears as different size. On some the photo sits on the slide but
on others it is 4 or 5 times bigger.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Which version of PPT is on each of the machines?

Do you have "automatic layout for inserted objects" selected under
Tools/Autocorrect?

PowerPoint 2002? Try Tools, AutoCorrect, AutoFormat As You Type tab. Remove
the check next to Automatic Layout for Inserted Objects then click OK.

See if it behaves more consistently.
