inserting objects

When inserting an object from a excel file it only shows part of the
spreadsheet, even making the object bigger doesnt let you see the rest of the
spreadsheet. Can anyone help
 
If you only want to see the object:

1. select the area in Excel
2. while holding down the SHIFT key pull-down:
Edit > CopyPicture
3. Paste in your destination file
