Inserting Mpeg - no picture, only sound

Hi,
I am trying to insert a mpeg into a powerpoint, but I am not getting any
picture. I am hearing the sound but no picture. Can someone help me out, is
this something to do with the setting of my power point?

try to upgrade your Powerpoint and Windows Media Playerto the latest version
.. It's said that in higer version mpeg can play completely.
