Inserting Lines for printing

I have a report of addresses. Some lines contain the same address. I'm
wanting to print the report, with lines only separating the repeats from the
non-repeats. Is there a way to do that?

Example:

12345 Johns Rd
------------------- <----
12398 Johns Rd
12398 Johns Rd
------------------- <----
34598 Jerry Lane

With the report open in design view, use Sorting and
Grouping (View menu) to group on the address field. Add the
group header or footer and put the line in the header or
footer.
