Inserting hard returns in Word document

Guest

I have a long column of e-mail addresses created with soft
returns after each. How can I convert those returns to
hard returns.

My basic objective is to take a large .pab file
(distribution list) and convert it into a single column of
e-mail addresses in an excell file.

Thank you

Export the PAB to a CSV file and bring that into Excel.
