Inserting frequently used objects/pictures

I have an object/picture that I use frequently in my text to indicate an
important issue. How do I make it easier to insert that into my text? I
currently have to copy and paste it each time it is used. Can I create a
shortcut key to insert it? Thanks!
 
Save it as an autotext (or autocorrect) entry.
