Inserting files

I want to insert a file into my site that people will be able to print out,
but I don't want them to be able to change the contents of the file. How do I
do this?

Create a PDF using Adobe Acrobat. Most folks can't change a PDF without
owning Adobe Acrobat. You can restrict opening editing and printing.
