I have a user who is trying to incert e-mails into new task's.

When he goes to Incert->Item-> He selects an e-mail and chooses Text only.

It then only incerts the heading of that e-mail which includes.. From; Sent;
To; Subject.

No matter what e-mail he trys to incert it does not include the body of the
e-mail.

Any suggestions?

If he right-click drag/drops the mail item on to the Tasks folder and
chooses "Copy here as Task with Text", what happens?

Has he tried to do the insert item as attachment instead?

The user can move an item to his task's by dragging and dropping it in and he
can add it as an attachment perfectly fine.

It is when he is adding e-mails as text only to task's that he gets the
problem and low and behold this is what he wants to do.

Sorry - can't replicate it. It works for me here on 2003

I can not replicate the error on any of the other systems here. The issue
came to light when we migrated from NT to 2003.
